The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) visits the St. Louis Arc once every four years to assess our agency and the quality of services that we provide. Through planning meetings, self-assessments, interviews, on-site visits, focus groups, stakeholder events, data analysis, and ongoing partnership, CQL encourages continual improvement of the quality of supports and the quality of life for people we support. Simply, they identify if we do what we say we are doing for the people we support. This Q&A is an opportunity for people receiving services, family members, and employees of the St. Louis Arc to learn more about the results of the week-long accreditation process completed in March.
